Who is Dale Joyal ?

That is a question I have spent a lot of time contemplating and am still going deeper with it and believe there is no end to the depth of who am or any of us are.

I have a few labels such as father to three beautiful girls, biological brother to four sisters and one brother and soul brother to countless more. A  friend, a lover, a businessman and one that I am really struggling with owning and that is healer.

My healing modalities consist of:

A Certified Transformational Breath Practitioner trained by Dr. Judith Kravitz the founder of the Transformational Breath Foundation.

A Laughter Yoga Leader trained by Vancouver’s laughter guru Allan O’mara.

A Certified Life Coach, through Rhodes Community College.

A Certified Kundalini Yoga Instructor (the yoga of self awareness) through Yoga West.

My present  mission is to live a peaceful, loving, present life full of  flow, joy and authenticity while helping others be free to be themselves.

How the HugSquad came to be.

I have always had an insatiable thirst for Truth and what makes for a life well lived. And through all the personal development workshops I've been part of and experiences I've had, it seems one common truth runs through all of the most powerful teachings...and that is LOVE...especially extending LOVE. So in my pursuit of offering my deepest gift to the world of extending love I have organized the HugSquad project. HugSquad is intended to be a direct and uncomplicated conduit for extending love. I'm keeping it simple, because at the end of the day, so is Truth.

I am a lover, a father, a teacher and a student. I have been deeply blessed with an intimate relationship with a Goddess, Monika Colmorgen, and my teacher/son Noah who is 7 years old. Both have inspired me tremendously in giving birth to the HugSquad project. Numerous friends and teachers have also been of great support to guide the vision of HugSquad. Thank-you to all.

My day job is as a Registered Clinical Counsellor running a private practice CoreQuest Counselling Group in North Vancouver that specializes in marriage and couples counselling. www.CoreQuesr.ca.
